Following our successful presentation of our #SaveVida petition to Sheffield City Council at the Town Hall on Wednesday 17th, we have been featured again in the Sheffield Star and by BBC Sheffield!
Says Karen Hague MBE, Vida’s CEO: “We think we are extremely good value, we save the NHS about £50,000 a month with our complex mental health service to women who have post-traumatic stress following domestic or sexual abuse.”
It is vital that we receive sustainable year-on year statutory funding to keep our service open and to continue our life-saving work.
If you would like to show your support you can still add your name to our petition https://chng.it/nSrwNf4mKv or donate via Localgiving https://www.localgiving.org/charity/vidasheffield/
