The ‘Can You Hear Us?’ report of the WAVES event held on 29th November at Sheffield Town Hall can be read here. Vida co-hosted the discussion about long-term mental health recovery following abuse. Survivors shared their concerns with senior stakeholders identifying actions for tackling VAWG (Violence Against Women & Girls).

It was concluded that investment is needed for longer-term, person-centred support to include mental health.
